NEO (New Employee Orientation)
What is NEO?
NEO was devised to address three areas:

provide an organized process to evaluate the large number of applicants interested in employment,
-
provide objective testing of new applicants, and
-
standardize a quality training program for new hires so that they can become successful additions to our family.
